Brooklyn Democrats for Change are sponsoring a candidate forum featuring Steve Harrison and Councilman Dominic Recchia Jr., the two Democratic candidates for the 13th Congressional District (Bay Ridge-Staten Island). The September 9 primary promises to be hotly contested and the winner will have the opportunity to unseat Republican Congressman Vito Fossella in the November 4 general election and turn the entire NYC congressional delegation Democratic.
