ract with the candidates and leaders who will be influencing our city for t
he next decade and beyond.\nBased loosely on the “speed-dating” model, at D
L21C’s Speed Politicking event you’ll join us at one of NYC’s newest and la
rgest beer gardens, where you’ll rotate between “issue tables” and meet man
y of the 100+ announced City Council candidates.\n\n\nAfter introductions,
you’ll spend 10 minutes asking questions of the candidates and sharing your
thoughts on the important issues they’ll address as Councilmembers if elec
ted.  Then it’s on to the next issue!\nFollowing each hour-long round of sp
eed politicking, candidates and attendees will meet, mingle, and socialize
throughout Houston Hall.\n\n\nEngage one-on-one with dozens of 2013 Council
candidates - not only from your district, but from all over the five borou
ghs – and meet the next set of leaders who will shape our city’s future.\nS
ee you on the 10th for this groundbreaking citywide event.\nHouston Hall222
